Welcome to MagLab. By accessing or using our website at maglab.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your use of the site constitutes agreement to these terms.

All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software is the property of MagLab Mounts and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Product colours may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to differences in screen displays and 3D printing batch variations. This is inherent to the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. due to stock unavailability), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping

We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delivery is handled by Australia Post.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. MagLab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Product Use and Safety

MagLab products contain strong neodymium magnets. Users should be aware that:

  • N52 neodymium magnets are extremely strong and can pinch skin or fingers if mishandled
  • Magnets should be kept away from pacemakers, credit cards, hard drives, and other magnetically sensitive devices
  • Products are not suitable for children under 14 years of age
  • MagLab mounts are designed for use on ferrous (magnetic) metal surfaces only they will not adhere to aluminium, wood, plastic, or glass

MagLab is not liable for any injury, damage, or data loss resulting from improper use of our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MagLab's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

MagLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

The MagLab name, logo, and all product designs are the intellectual property of MagLab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without written permission.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
