Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 3 - 4 business days. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.

International Shipping

International orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number for updates first.

If the tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at correspondence@maglab.store with your order number and we'll investigate with Australia Post.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MagLab Mounts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at correspondence@maglab.store and we'll try to update the address before dispatch.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.
