At MagLab, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, with all magnets intact, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at correspondence@maglab.store with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (cracked body, missing magnets, poor adhesion), contact us at correspondence@maglab.store with a photo of the issue.

We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

— Products that have been intentionally modified, drilled, or altered
— Products damaged through misuse (e.g. used on non-ferrous surfaces and dropped)
— Gift cards
— Items returned after the 30-day window

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, MagLab covers all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or colour, email correspondence@maglab.store and we'll arrange the swap. If the replacement item is a higher price, you'll be charged the difference. If lower, we'll refund the difference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider — processing times vary. If you've done that and still haven't received your refund, contact us at correspondence@maglab.store.
