Before You Reach Out

Order tracking: Check your shipping confirmation email for your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your delivery at auspost.com.au.

Returns: Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before submitting a return request.

Product compatibility: Our magnetic mounts work on any ferrous (magnetic) metal surface - steel desk legs, metal monitor stands, PC case panels, and similar. They will not adhere to aluminium, wood, plastic, or glass surfaces. We will eventually release adapters to do so aswell as various non magnetic products.
